Yum!

I made this for my cousin's baby shower this past weekend, then again tonight for community group. It's so yummy and I'm glad to have some leftovers. I used a basic recipe I found online, then modified it to be a little tangier, and cheesier. I figure you can never have enough cheese. It's a hearty snack or appetizer.

Spinach-Artichoke Dip

1 jar drained artichokes
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. shredded mozzarella
1/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. feta cheese

Cook spinach according to the directions on package and drain. Drain the artichokes and chop them. Mix the artichokes and spinach with the remaining ingredients. Put in greased 1 quart dish and bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

That was sooo good and I'm definitely going to make it myself! Thanks for sharing! On a different note - I opened up your blog this week and just hit "play" on your player and listened to it as I was paying bills. I love the music that you select! I love how just praising God can encourage me even when paying bills!

That sounds delicious! I must make now. jk But seriously thanks for the recipe. It sounds like a good one for showers and parties.
