Growing up, I often said "I wished I had a corner," meaning I wanted a little hideaway where I could get alone and just BE. It got to be kind of a joke in the family, but they understood what I meant - a spot just for me; to read, journal, garden, enjoy music, meditate on life, or pray. The "corner" I longed for wasn't even an actual place, but more, the opportunity to do those things I love. So, welcome and see what is going on in our family's corner!

Another blog...
Yep, I had to do a separate blog for school. My goal is to simplify these themes I write about, so there's a blog for everyday family life, baby Elijah updates, and the school stuff. We're having fun in school this year, and updated that blog this week with photos, so feel free to check it out sometime. Links for our other 2 blogs are on the right.

I just read through your homeschooling blog and really liked it. I wish you had it when I was homeschooling. I'm sure it will be very encouraging for people who are.
